Empire
All five Crowns. These must be the true plaques. An Empire may not be completed by emulating a Crown with an Elf or Dragon; such a combination is considered Five of a Kind, not Empire.

A completed Empire wins a hand as soon as the fifth Crown is revealed, even if plaques remain unturned. The Empire, in addition, is immune to the special property of the Thief plaque; even if one or more colours are invalidated by the Thief, five true Crowns remains an unbeatable combination.
