About our project

Hi and thanks for visiting Play 2 Learn.

The aim of our web project is to create a vast collection of play activity ideas and printable resources specifically aimed at kiwi kids under five, for free and anonymous download by families, whanau and teachers.

We are passionate about this project and have been busy collecting teaching resources from all over New Zealand and developing a simple to use (but with a lot going on behind the scenes!) website in which to display the resources.

On July 22, 2010 our new and interactive site will be available online with the first wave of resources and will continue to grow from there.

You can help by taking a few minutes to write us a letter or send us an email to tell us about your favourite activities for children under five.   If you have pictures to send in that’s great too!

We are also asking NZ companies and organisations to create simple and fun resources to help our wee ones with particular interests to learn about what they do.
